With a dynamic 9-year Army career, including deployments to Afghanistan at the age of 23, Through leading high-stakes missions overseas and adapting military-grade leadership skills and communication and applying them to everyday life.

Hayden leads and inspires both men and women, awakening the buried inner warrior.

Hayden runs his own fire safety company called Firevolt, he applies peak performance principles learned in the military to drive personal, business, and professional growth.
