1. Introduction Welcome to VSA. By purchasing a retreat through our website, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully before making a purchase.

2. Payment Terms 2.1.

Deposit and Payment Plan: A deposit of $2,500 USD is required to secure your spot. The remaining balance must be paid in 6 equal monthly installments of $1,833.33 USD. The full amount must be paid before the retreat begins.

2.2. Full Payment Discount: You may choose to pay in full at the time of booking and receive a $1,500 USD discount. The total amount payable in this case is $12,000 USD.

2.3. Currency: All prices are listed and payments must be made in USD.

3. Cancellation and Refund Policy

3.1. Cancellation by Participant:

• If you cancel more than 60 days before the retreat start date, you will receive a full refund minus a $500 USD administration fee.

• If you cancel between 30 and 60 days before the retreat start date, you will receive a 50% refund of the total retreat cost.

• Cancellations made less than 30 days before the retreat start date are non-refundable.

  3.2. Cancellation by Organiser: If the retreat is cancelled by us due to unforeseen circumstances, you will receive a full refund of all payments made.

4. Changes to the Retreat We reserve the right to make necessary changes to the retreat itinerary, venue, or accommodations. Any significant changes will be communicated to you as soon as possible.

5. Travel Insurance We strongly recommend that you purchase comprehensive travel insurance that covers trip cancellation, medical expenses, and other travel-related issues.

6. Health and Safety

6.1. Health Requirements: You are responsible for ensuring that you are in suitable health to participate in the retreat. Please consult your doctor if you have any concerns.

6.2. Safety Regulations: You must follow all safety instructions provided by retreat staff and comply with local laws and regulations.

7. Liability We are not liable for any loss, injury, or damage to persons or property arising from your participation in the retreat. This includes but is not limited to losses caused by delays, accidents, or natural disasters.

8. Privacy Your personal information will be handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy. By making a purchase, you consent to the collection and use of your personal information as described therein.

9. Governing Law These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of Australia. Any disputes arising from these terms will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Australian courts.
